Notes to Speakers

Contacting Session Chair

Each speaker must contact the Session Chair in advance of the session. Please come to the session room at least 5 minutes before the starting time.

Presentation Time

Each speaker has 20 minutes: The session chair may warn you after 13 minutes.
Presentation time is critical: Any delay in preparation of your presentation will be included in your presentation time. If you are going to use your own laptop computer, to avoid unnecessary delay, please turn on your computer and start the presentation software before the previous presentation ends.

Instructions for LCD Projector Users

  1. Please come to the session room at least 5 minutes before the starting time and test your computer with the projector in advance of the session.
  2. Any delay in preparation of your presentation will be included in your presentation time. In order to avoid unnecessary delay, please turn on your computer and start the presentation software before the previous presentation ends.
  3. We strongly recommend you to bring a transparency version of your presentation. This will help you in case of malfunction or incompatibility between LCD projectors and your computer.
