Registration information

Please note:
At least one author of each paper must register for the symposium by August 1 for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

Online registration is available from this page. Visit the link <On-line registration> below. Before starting the on-line registration procedure, please read information below carefully.

The traditional method of registration via mail or fax is also be accepted. A registration form is available in hard copy. Press button <Download registration form> below to download the form in PDF or Word-format.

Confirmation of conference registration will be sent to participants by e-mail only! Please provide valid and correct e-mail address.

Registration Fees

* Regular registration includes participation in the symposium, a welcome reception on October 18, banquet on Octorber 20 (evening) and coffee during breaks.

** The students registrations excludes the welcome reception and the banquet.
Students are requested to fax or bring a proof of student status. It will be checked at the registration desk of the Symposium.

CD-ROM Proceedings is included in both regular registration and student registration.

Payments

Payments must accompany the registration for the meeting. Payments by credit card will be encouraged (through secure website). Cheques will not be accepted. However payment by bank transfer will be possible especially for EU participants. Further details are provided on the registration form.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations in writing to the Meeting Secretariat Momentum until August 15, 2005 will be considered for a full refund less € 50 handling fee. After this date, no refund will be made. Refunds will be processed after the symposium.
