Information for NOLTA2005 special session organizers (updated: July 1, 2005)
Schedule
- Submission special session proposals: June 1, 2005 (to johan.suykens@esat.kuleuven.ac.be)
- Notification of acceptance: July 1, 2005
- Final manuscripts submission:
August 1, 2005 August 15, 2005 (deadline extended)
Format of session
- 1 session typically consists of 4-6 papers (20 min. talks)
Special session proposal to be submitted by the session organizer
- The proposal should contain the following information:
- title of the session and organizer(s)
- scope of the session
- titles of the papers, authors, affiliations
- short abstracts only
Evaluation
- evaluation of the proposal will be based on timeliness and scientific quality
of topic.
- the organizers are responsible for the quality of all papers within the
special session.
- the special session papers do not undergo the same review procedure as
regular papers.
After acceptance
- Final manuscripts to be included in the proceedings:
- The special session organizer will collect all final manuscripts of the special session and send it to the secretariat of NOLTA2005 by August 15.
